I offer a free 20-minute consultation to find out a bit more about you and for you to get to know me and see if you feel we could work together. This is not a counselling session, more of an introduction. After that sessions are 50 minutes at the same time weekly. health insurance session times may differ.

I work online, on the phone or face to face, whichever suits your needs. I have counselling rooms in Shadwell/Wapping E1W. Online and telephone counselling clients can be anywhere in the UK.

Sessions are priced at £70 online or on the phone and £80 face to face, due to counselling room rental charges.
